When ordering a Werecloth item, if the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, 14 consecutive days to exchange/return it after receipt. . Exchange/return will only be made if: • the products have not been used or washed. • the original characteristics are maintained and the packaging is not damaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged). • The products have not been altered and maintain the original brand identification label as sent. • After receiving the item, if it does not comply with the aforementioned, no exchange/return will be made. • The shipping costs inherent to the exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer. How to make an exchange/return The exchange/return must be made via email supportaocliente@werecloth.com. 1 - Send an email with the order number, the item you wish to exchange or return and, if you wish to exchange, which item you wish to receive; 2 - Place the item in the box Place the item in a packaging, along with all the contents that were in the box. You must use the original packaging where you received the order. Close the box and seal it with tape. 3- Submission of the article Send the item to the address provided by email (the cost of this shipping will be borne by the customer). 4 – Refund After receiving and analyzing the product, if the return request is consolidated, the refund will be made via bank transfer. To do this, you will receive an email with confirmation of the exchange/return request, as well as a credit note that you must send signed in response to it. Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged/returned, as Werecloth is not responsible for their misuse/washing. Upon receipt of the item in question, it will be evaluated and the exchange/return will only be carried out if the conditions described above are met. Werecloth will inform you, within three days of receiving the item to be exchanged/returned, whether the exchange/return request will be approved, via email. If approved and the item for which the customer wishes to exchange is in stock, the bank details will also be indicated in the email to pay the difference in value, plus shipping costs. Upon receipt of proof of payment, the new order will be sent within 1 to 3 business days to mainland Portugal and 5 days to the Islands of Madeira and the Azores. For other countries in the European Union, shipping and return times are 10 working days, outside the European Union 14 working days. The exchange may be made for another item of another size or model, however, it will have to be made for an item of equal value to the higher one, which is in stock. There are no exchanges or returns on personalized items. To return an item, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, as we must safeguard the condition of the pieces.
